I help ambitious entrepreneurs — including coaches and consultants who lead themselves — define and exceed their own limits. Personal governance. A mind trained like a muscle. Not another isolated framework.
I treat mindset as infrastructure.
The trade
The path did not start on a stage. I trained as a Federal Master Electrician Installer — ten years of study — then built an entrepreneurial track from 2006 across twenty-three company formations. Technical rigour came first. Authority in personal development came after the trade, not instead of it.
The turn
Early on I had vagal discomfort and a fear of public speaking. I later addressed rooms larger than eight hundred. In 2010 I entered this work through Robbins, earned a Coach Diploma in Geneva and NLP Practitioner training, and built Life Performances around blocking, limits, and deliberate practice.
The work
Two years as Paradox Mastercoach, then Lead Coach there, plus roughly two thousand coaching conversations, taught me to treat mindset as infrastructure. I call the craft Life Design: clarify, decide, execute — with the 3B Method (Be You, The Real You · Be Your Real Boss · Be Your Own Limits).
