Membership terms

Operational terms for Yann's Club™ (the Mental Gym). Not legal advice — a fuller agreement can be issued by counsel on request.

What you buy

• Group training access: live Mon / Wed / Fri sessions (08:00–09:00), Telegram arena, and replays as offered
• This is group training, not 1:1 coaching and not therapy

Price

• CHF 49 / month, or CHF 490 / year, via Stripe Payment Links published on this site
• Taxes and Stripe processing follow the checkout you complete

Start of access

After successful payment you should land on the Club welcome page (or receive email follow-up). Access details (Telegram / session links) are sent by email from Life Performances Sàrl or Yann Gabioud’s operator stack. If you paid and heard nothing within two business days, writehello@lifeperformances.org.

Cancellation and renewal

• Monthly plans renew until you cancel in Stripe’s customer portal or by email request
• Annual plans cover twelve months from purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout
• Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following period’s charge

Refunds

Digital membership access begins when payment succeeds and onboarding email is sent. Refund requests are reviewed case by case athello@lifeperformances.org. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in access suspension.

Conduct

The Gym is a shared arena. Harassment, spam, or sharing paid materials outside the membership may end access without refund.

Boundaries

• Club ≠ private coaching
• Club ≠ Life Performances institutional diagnostics
• No guarantee of business results
